Well, the massive push to a sub 250 weight has ended with a net gain of 0.2.lbs. Although, in all honesty, there wasn’t really any massive push of the sort, simply sticking with my 4 day per week, 30 week long marathon training program.
At this point, I just need to forget about it. Not worry and see where we’re at next week. Getting overly excited isn’t going to help anything and will probably just hamper my efforts. Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time reading my radiology and Cecil Medicine book.
If nothing else – 260 is the number to keep an eye on. That’s what I weighed one week after completing my 12 week weight loss competition (and took first place out of about 1,000 people ….for those of you new to my blog) 😉 hehehe
The other day when I wrote about faith, hope, trust, fear ….etc, my initial blogging motivation was going to be about Arthritides and Bone Tumors but ….I got side tracked.
I’ll probably have to think of a shorter name for that page but, I’ve got an initial list of things to know about Arthritis and Bone tumors down to 44 different conditions. I’ve spent a lot of time reading about that stuff and, the more I work and read and study, the less freaked out I get. I know there are a ton more things to learn so I’ll just have to keep it up over the next three months so I can pass that exam.
I need to stay grateful that I’m within 4.4 pounds of where I ended up after that last contest. We’ll see where I’m at next week. I’ve been doing a lot of reading and studying about different marathon training programs as well and might augment the upcoming weeks with different things I’ve been learning
